Does Microsoft back up my email?
Only partially and for a short time. Microsoft guarantees service availability, but recovering deleted emails or files (by mistake or after an attack) is your responsibility. That's why we add independent Microsoft 365 backup.
Can you migrate without losing emails?
Yes. We migrate mailboxes, contacts, calendars and files keeping everything, and we switch over outside working hours so no one is left without email.
Which Microsoft 365 licence do I need?
It depends on whether you need web-only email (Business Basic), the installed Office apps (Business Standard) or also advanced security and device management (Business Premium). We recommend the one that fits, without overselling.
Who buys and manages the licences?
We do. We buy and administer your Microsoft 365 licences —adds, removals and billing included— and advise which one you need. You forget about the paperwork.
